Hi everyone! I’m Paula, or you can call me PJ!

I’m currently working as a site relieability engineer in Sydney, Australia! I’ve created this personal website to write about all the various hobbies and interests I have. I hope you find something interesting, and please feel free to reach out!

One important thing to know about me is that I’m obsessed with food. I love eating food, exploring new food, cooking food, travling to countries and trying their food etc… Recently, I’ve been especially interested in learning about picking and fermenting as well as making all kinds of japanese homecooked food!

I have also been learning pole dance for the past 4 years, and exploring other related activities like aerial straps, calithenics and contortion.
